Once a year people gather at Langelinie park in Copenhagen for the annual Copenhagen Sakura Festival. .
The Copenhagen Sakura festival has been held at Langelinie Park since 2007 to celebrate the blossoming of the sakura (Japanese cherry blossom)
This is a free event and everyone (that includes you) is welcome to participate, which, this year, takes place on 25-26 April.
So, if you happen to be in Copenhagen during this time and you want to experience something different, in beautiful surroundings, then head down to Langelinie park and be a part of this years Copenhagen Sakura Festival.
While you are in the area, you are of course, welcome to come by for a visit at Amaliehaven, which is only a short walk, where you can enjoy an ice cream or a coffee.
