You have the option to pay in our shops with any of the following currencies as well as all major credit and debit cards:

Please note that we do not accept coins for any of the above currencies with the exceptions of Euro.
Webshop purchases: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All packages in Denmark are sent with GLS to the closest “pakkeshop”.
All packages outside Denmark are shipped with Postnord (Denmark’s post office) to your private address, except Spain, which also uses GLS.
All orders are sent as a parcel or registered letter. In that way it is possible to track the package in case there should arise any problems. If the goods become damaged during delivery it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact GLS, Postnord or any other delivery service to make them aware of any issues. We are not responsible for damage to any package that occurred during delivery.
The price for shipments varies according to weight and the shipping agreement we have with our provider.
Free shipping on all orders over 5 kilograms.
We send orders every Tuesday from Copenhagen. So delivery time is normally 2-5 days from the following Tuesday when the order was placed.
Delivery time for orders to Europe, Greenland* and the Faroe Islands is app. 2-5 days.
Delivery time for orders outside the EU is 4-10 days depending on your local service.
We send an automatic confirmation via email when your order is confirmed and when the order is sent.
If there are any special instructions for delivery or (f. ex. the goods are a gift for someone that needs to be wrapped), make sure you write that in the “info box” when you checkout, so we can help accordingly.
Notice: We are not responsible for delays with the shipping provider. If a product is sold out or expired you will be notified and sent the product as soon as possible.
Forsendelser til Grønland leveres med skib til nærmeste udleveringssted. Der er ikke mulighed for at tilkøbe omdeling. Evt. toldbehandlingstid indgår ikke i leveringstid.
If you wish to pickup up your package in one of our shops in Copenhagen, click “self pickup” in the delivery options when you checkout, thereby you will not be charged shipping. Additionally write your email and telephone number in the “info box” when you checkout. So that we can follow up with you via email or telephone to arrange a pickup time during our opening hours.
Pickup address for all packages will be at our store on Amagertorv 11, 1160 Copenhagen K.
You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return or exchange. Must have a valid receipt. You may also come into one of our boutiques and we can exchange or return products free of charge.
Returned goods must be responsibly packed in the original packaging and include the receipt and information about where we should return the money.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless you want to exchange a product due to a wrong size or defect.
